Draught Guard units are warranted against manufacturer’s defects only, for a period of three years from date of purchase. This warranty covers the Draught Guard unit against defects in materials or workmanship. The Draught Guard unit should be returned directly to the company it was purchased from, along with proof of purchase. Any unauthorized repair, modification, or installation of the unit will void this warranty.

 

This warranty does not cover any failures due to accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, alteration, misapplication, acts of God, improper installation or for any causes other than defects in materials or workmanship.

 

One Draught Guard unit is designed to treat up to a maximum of 12 draught lines, regardless of line length. Any unauthorized installation of a Draught Guard unit which exceeds the 12-line maximum will void this warranty. 

 

Draught Guard will not accept any warranty claims or liability arising out of or caused by the performance of a Draught Guard unit. To the extent permitted by law, Draught Guard’s liability is limited to repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty. 

 

Draught Guard will not accept responsibility for any problems resulting from the disconnection of the power supply to the Draught Guard unit. Draught Guard will not accept responsibility for any problems resulting from the neglect or lack of maintenance pertaining to any draught equipment.

 

While Draught Guard is proven to effectively inhibit biofilms within draught lines, results may vary based on maintenance protocols, environmental factors, and system usage. Draught Guard is not intended as a standalone solution and should be used alongside regular equipment care including but not limited to bi-weekly faucet and coupler cleaning, quarterly line cleanings using approved chemicals, quarterly FOB maintenance, etc.
